To inculcate the leadership qualities in the students and to give them a feel of functioning of the administrative body, a school council was formed. The newly elected council members were vested with their badges of honour by the Principal CAO, CFO, AAO, Vice Principal, Supervisors, Department Head and House mistresses on 2nd May 2019 where the Vice Principal welcomed the Parents and staff. Each leader stood tall and proud, prepared to shoulder the responsibilities with vigor, zest and new found passion. They were solemnized by the oath administered by the Principal where they promised to uphold and follow the principles of the school. The vote of thanks was extended by the Grade Supervisor.
As a part of farming curriculum, students of higher grades are taught about greenhouse cultivation and its importance in class, which is reinforced by practical experience inside the green house. Greenhouse Technology is a technique of providing a favorable environmental condition to plants.
It is used to protect plants from adverse climatic conditions such as wind, cold, precipitation, excessive radiation, extreme temperature, insects and diseases.This technology greatly contributes to food security, especially in an arid desert conditions like that in UAE.
